Kenya has a beautiful coastline and game rich parks that surely would be an ideal backdrop for a memorable wedding day. A wedding is supposed to be a romantic experience. Imagine affirming your love to one another surrounded by family and friends against the backdrop of Africa’s tallest Mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro or second largest Mountain in Africa, Mt.Kenya or in Kenya’s most stunning parks or reserves with the other guests being the wildlife! Bush wedding is on a class of its own.

Our wedding planner will assist in creating the perfect atmosphere for you to say ‘I do’ by:

1. Supervision of all the necessary paperwork in Kenya prior to the marriage
2. Transportation to the betrothed in order to complete all official requirements
3. All the necessary fees for the marriage
4. Planning of the wedding party and itinerary ( pre & post event)
5. Providing assistance for the betrothed to complete all relevant forms and official civic requirements
6. Introduction to a leader of the ceremony ( subject to religious or other denomination & preferences)

The following is the necessary paperwork required in order for a wedding to be done in Kenya:

1. 2 copies of the passport of bride to be and groom
2. 2 copies of birth certificate of bride to be and groom
3. An affidavit that bride to be and groom are single
4. If divorced a copy of decree absolute
5. If widowed, a copy of the death certificate of former spouse & previous marriage certificate
6. Letter stating full names,addresses,occupation of couple and the same details for each person’s parents
7. Also required is a visa if required to come to Kenya
8. Personal Travel Insurance
9. Wedding Insurance is recommended

1. Wedding couple must spend at least 2 working days in Nairobi before the wedding
2. The wedding couple must show themselves in person at the registry office
3. Wedding can only take place after a minimum 4 day stay in Kenya
4. Original passport and birth certificate is needed in Kenya
5. A civil registration ceremony is required in Nairobi prior to any religious or other ceremony elsewhere in Kenya

NB: If divorced you can only do civil ceremony but we can do religious blessing
